Are there limits to number of tables and rows that can be converted?
Intelligent Converters software does not have such limits. However, database management system has its own limitations on database size, number of tables, number of records per table, etc.

How to uninstall Intelligent Converters software?
In order to remove Intelligent Converters products from your computer, use "Add or Remove Programs" option in the Windows Control Panel.

Can I convert only table definitions, indexes and queries/views without data?
Yes, every converter has checkbox "Convert table definitions only" for this purpose.

Is it possible to convert columns having user-defined types?
No. Intelligent Converters tools support standard data types only. Complex data types such as data arrays or user-defined data types are not supported.

Is it possible to use Intelligent Converters tools in command line or batch mode?
Yes, every product of Intelligent Converters is supplied with command line version (it is file called *AGENT.EXE in the installation folder, where '*' is an unique prefix that is specific for each product). This command line version can be used to script, automate and schedule the conversion procedure. Run the executable file without any parameters to see brief guide on command line arguments.

What is your refund policy?

I received a refund for a product purchased, but I don't see the credit, why?
After the refund has been processed, it will take up to ten business days for the money to appear on your account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company and ask where they have posted the credit information. On numerous occasions, banks have posted information not in a way that it is expected.

How do I update software purchased on CD-ROM?
You can update your software to the latest version in the same way as customers who purchase our software as an electronic download. As soon as we release new version of the program you purchased, we will send you an e-mail with the download link enclosed.

Do you charge a sales tax on purchase?
Our e-commerce provider MyCommerce collects sales tax on certain orders placed by customers located in U.S. states where MyCommerce is registered to administer sales tax. In some of those states, sales tax might or might not be collected depending on the contents of the customer's shopping cart. For U.S. orders placed by customers in states where MyCommerce is not registered, no sales tax will be collected.

MyCommerce also handles the details of calculating, collecting and remitting VAT for our European customers. VAT will be applied if you proceed with an order when VAT ID verification is unsuccessful. You may be able to reclaim the tax by filing for reimbursement with your local VAT authorities.

Note for Customers in Norway: Norway has enacted a law requiring companies such as MyCommerce to collect sales tax on purchases by customers located in Norway, when the orders include electronically-downloaded products. This tax is separate from VAT (Value Added Tax), which is collected from customers in countries that are part of the EU.

All U.S. sales tax collected is remitted to the states' appropriate taxation authorities.

Non-Taxable Orders. Some states do not require the collection and remittance of sales tax on orders that contain only products to be delivered by electronic download. In the following U.S. states, sales tax will not be collected on orders that include only downloadable products:

- California
- Florida
- Georgia
- Maryland
- South Carolina
- Virginia

When a customer in one of these states places an order that includes at least one shippable/physical product, sales tax will be collected. When a customer in one of these states places an order with no shippable items, no sales tax will be collected.

Are your products compatible with Linux?
Intelligent Converters database migration tools are designed for running on Windows platforms. However, it is possible to use them on Linux as well via WINE that creates environment for running Windows applications on Linux.

What kind of tool do I need to migrate database from old DBMS to new one and keep them both up-to-date?
In this case you need two products: first - to migrate the source database to new DBMS and second - to synchronize the two databases. For example, if your source system is SQL Server and target is PostgreSQL, you will need SQL Server to PostgreSQL converter and SQL Server - PostgreSQL Sync tool.
