Q: I received a refund for a product purchased, but I don't see
the credit, why?
A: Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten
business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the credit
does not appear, please contact your credit card company and ask

expiration date for the URL.

A: You can update your software to the latest version in the same way as
customers who purchase our software as an electronic download. As soon as we
release new version of the program you purhcased, we will send you an e-mail
with the download link enclosed.
